I have 1000 mbps coming in through the internet provider
I am faced with a similar situation. I have 1000 mbps coming in through the internet provider. If I test directly to the internet via the cable, I get the expected bandwidth. If I plug the same cable into the Orbi, I do not. I can not seem to find the setting that is controlling this. Support asked me to walk around my house and perform various wifi speed tests. I'm not confident that they are up to the task.

Re: I have 1000 mbps coming in through the internet provider
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What speeds are you getting on WIRED and wireless?
You may not see anything near 900Mpbs on wifi. Most wifi speed top out at any where from 300-600Mpbs depending upon wifi device support and design. Wired speed should see near or over 900Mpbs.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

How many RBS do you have deployed?
What channels are you using? Auto? Try Auto and 48 on 5Ghz. Or try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
