Low network speed on one satellite (out of 2) - Orbi WiFi 6 System (RBK853) AX6000

When connected to one of the satellites, either WIRED or wireless, I'm getting a maximum of 5mbps. Tested on a desktop with https://www.speedtest.net/.

When replacing the satellite with a switch, I'm getting again 80mbps (wired).

Same happens with iphone 11 pro. It gets a maximum of 5mpbs when connected to this specific setellite. and around 70 mbps when connected to the other satellite or the main router.

Someone have an idea what could cause that?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router

What are you results of the other RBS?

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? 
Press the back reset button for 15 seconds then release.
