Main 750 is wired to switch - can satellite be wired to switch as well instead of WiFi hop connect
Using Orbi 4200 with two APs - main AP is wired to switch as AP only - satellite (RBS750) connects via WiFi hops
Can the satellite (RBS750) be wired via either of the two RJ45 ports in the back to the switch as well?
Looking to have the same SSID across both (and eventually another pair of RBS750 satellites) but connected via Cat6 for a better speed.
Thanks in advance for any help

Re: Main 750 is wired to switch - can satellite be wired to switch as well instead of WiFi hop con
Yes, Orbi satellites can be connected to the main unit (router) through either the built in 5G WiFi radio link or by connecting to the Ethernet LAN ports on the router. If there are not enough open LAN ports, a switch can be connected to the router and satellites connected to the switch.
