Every Orbi system is given a "sort of unique" name at the factory, consisting of the letters "ORBI" plus a two digit number. This is an attempt to ensure that if two neighbors both purchase Orbi systems, they will have different default WiFi names.
It would be a big help to know the actual product number from the label on the bottom of the router and the firmware version currently loaded on the router.
