My Orbi AX4200 Mesh Sucks and Never Works

I bought the AX4200-RBK753S from Costco. I have had problems with it ever since and can’t return it now. Our phones never connect to the Orbi anymore. The iPad connects to Orbi and that’s it. I wish I still had my Google Wi-Fi. It worked so much better. Please help. I can not connect to the app anymore. It says it can’t find the Orbi network.

Is WiFi Private Address enabled on the iPad or iPhones? Disable it if it is. 

Is Armor enabled? 

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
