My modem is: ARRIS SURFboard SB6190 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem
My home is 2400 sq. feet
My Orbi modem is in the center of the house, a Ranch all on one level. The 2 satelittes are 22 feet apart with the modem in the center of the straight line.
Xfinity is my service 100Mbs
7 wifi neighbors
2.4 channel: I switched from Auto to #1
5.0 GHZ channel: I am on channel 48
I gave up my Google mesh and never had drops in my service until Obri my was set up.

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
FYI, your model modem has a known problem with in itself and is not recommended for use.
Thanks for your assistance. I spoke to some neighbors this afternoon and it seems they too have having simular issues. It has to be Xfinity having issues with the high heat and high usage while many people are at home.
