Netgear Orbi RBK 763S: Streaming video over wifi - occasional loss of video

I have an Orbi 763 system with 1 gb internet into the home.  My cable tv provider requires decoder devices at each television which can connect via wifi or ethernet - no coax provision on the devices...

What model # is the NH modem? C or CM or CAX series?

Is it just the one tv? What model tv? 

Is it connected to the 2.4ghz or the 5ghz?

are you watching live tv on it or streaming shows/movies? (live tv doesn't have the same buffer)
Is it a specific service or all streaming on the tv?
