Re: New $1300 worth of Orbi not working
You might get better help in the orbi AX forum.
https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-AX/bd-p/en-home-orbi-ax
might want to include more info like what modem/gateway you're connecting it to, firmware on the orbi, and where its failing in the process

Re: New $1300 worth of Orbi not working
I agree that people who participate in the AX forum are more likely to have experience with your product.
When you post in that forum, it would probably be helpful to provide more details, such as:
- Which specific product it is.
- The method used to configure the product (web interface or Orbi "app")
- The symptoms. (what shows on the power LED and the "Ring light")
- What device the Orbi is connected to.
In general, it should be possible to take the Orbi router out of the box, connect an ethernet cable from the WAN port to the ISP device, power on the Orbi, wait until the Ring light finally goes out, and then connect to the Orbi WiFi using the credentials printed on the product label.
