New Orbi rbk850 - can not login or use app
I had a nightmare setting up my system and had to call support to reset it and set it up. We managed to get it all set up and working and as soon as I got off the phone the app or login to the router ...

What is the specific error message?
And, no. Once the system is operating correctly, there is no reason to do a factory reset again until there is some horrible disaster. I have gone months without doing a factory reset.

In safari it just says it can not load the page and in chrome it loads the page saying dns error and to check internet settings.

When Netgear support helped you set it up, did part of the process involve changing the WiFi name to match the Linksys that was being replaced?

With the Linksys turned off completely, your WiFi devices should connect to the new Orbi system. Since it has the same name and password, they actually are not supposed to even know there has been a change. They do, correct?
It's probably a good idea to clear the browser cache before connecting to the router web site using 192.168.1.1 (not the name).
