RBR-RBS 100M ( about 30 meters) but on wire from RBS is 97Mbps

If the RBS is showing only 100Mb connection when ethernet connected, then this needs to be checked. The connection should be 1000Mb. Check cabling and any LAN switches or cable LAN Patch panels or wall out let jacks.
Take this RBS to same room as the RBR and connect it behind the RBR using a CAT6 LAN cable. Check stats on RBR tor speed. Should show 1000Mbps...
- Why do you think that connection should by 1000Mbps? If speed from provider is 100Mbps I don't need more beetwen router and satelit. If I have 97 Mbps by wired from Satelit I suposted that I should have by wireless from Satelit. Please explain why I should have connection 1Gbps?

That's a Link speed, not bandwidth. The RBS and RBR LAN ports support 1000Mpbs physical connection rates. Should be seeing 1000Mpbs between the RBR and RBS. If this is not seen, then something is happening that can cause problems and you may see issues by the problem. You'll need to get it figured out.

Maby on the other hands: if you have car which can drive max 100km/h and you give driver motorway that this car drive faster? I think that no. Speed beetwen RBR and RBS does not slow down the connection, what you can check on wired from Satelit. Good luck then.
