OK, DO NOT REVERT the RBR back to that version. 

 

What FW Version is on the RBR? 

 

Lets try stepping thru an update on the RBS if you still have access to it's web page, with MS Edge browser, try loading this v4 version on the one RBS only:

I believe this should take to the RBS. If it does, try loading this v7 version of FW on the RBS:

https://kb.netgear.com/000065816

 

If you can get this loaded then you can load up v.31 latest on the RBS which should be the same version as what you have on the RBR...if thats was loaded on it currently.

Used the MS Edge browser and that was the ticket. Updated the RBS to the latest FW (to match the RBR) and all seems to be operational.  Many many thanks for the assistance!!
