No connected device found ios Android app

Orbi ax6000 firmware 3.2.11.2 "No connected device found" when connected to android app and iPhone app and looking at network map. What's the deal with this? Had same problem in last firmware update. Anyone else have this problem?

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? 

There is newer versions of FW:
