Orbi AX6000 Tri-band Mesh WiFi 6 - can only connect to guest on all devises
I unplugged my local modem and Orbi router this morning to clean the surface they sit on and when I plugged everything back up, my Orbi had a solid magenta light, so I repeated the unplug and replug process. Now there are no lights on the Orbi, however none of my devised can access the internet on the main access point, only my guess access. I get "connected with no internet" on my laptop and my Galaxy note 20 says "failed". I "forgot" the Orbi on my phone and now it just says it won't connect - can't get IP address. I pinged the IP address on my laptop and it sent 4 packets and all came back as destination host unreachable. Any suggestions?

Are you able to access the RBRs web page using a wired PC and web browser at 192.168.1.1
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

It is probably worth taking a few seconds to double check that the connection between modem and router are in the correct jacks. Sometimes when I reconnect wires they do not go back where I am certain that I put them. (I blame the cat.) Magenta ring light is a sure signal of "no modem connection." I believe the ring light goes out after a couple of minutes.

Yes, I double checked that when I unplugged and replugged everything three times.

Yes, I did this three this morning after the initial unplugging - in that order

I don't know what RBR's web page is, but when I tried going to 192.168.1.1, the page would not load, nor can I get to the orbilogin.com page
"What Firmware version is currently loaded?" v4.6.8.2
"What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?"
