v12 is here and currently has to be manually downloaded to the RBS first then RBR using a PC or latop:

Thank you for the information. I'll download the firmware tonight...like many of you, I have two virtual offices and two virtual classrooms going from my house all day, and can't afford to be disconnected for even a few minutes.
