Orbi RBR750 -Devices not connecting to the satellite
i have ORBI RBR750 with 2 satellites. i am seeing that all my devices are connected only to the main router even if the satellites are near to device (5GHZ) . satellites are in sync. i restarted multiple times and have latest firmware updated but still devices are connecting only to main router. last year when i bought (before armor expired in Nov 2021),i could see the devices connecting to satellites properly and distribution was even. post armor expiry i am seeing this it or may be just a coincidence . any help appreciated

Re: Orbi RBR750 -Devices not connecting to the satellite
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
