can I use TP link TL-SG108E 8-Port Gigabit Easy Smart Switch With my Orbi 750 Series Tri-Band WiFi 6 Mesh System, 4.2Gbps, Router + 1 Satellite? Would I be able use TP link TL-SG108E Management Utility User Interface and software features as well?

Re: Orbi RBR750
If your wanting to connect the RBS to the RBR thru the switch via ethernet backhaul, it's recommended to use a NON-managed LAN switch for this and some managed switch can cause problems.

NG GS-105/108v4 and GS308v3, D-Link DGS-105/108 and HP ProCurve 1400/1800 series switches work for Orbi systems.
Otherwise, the switch you mentioned can work when connected behind the RBR.
