Orbi RBR850 won’t connect to phones but guest network does?
Our Orbi suddenly wouldn’t connect to most devices yesterday. The issue started after we had to restart it because of a power blip. It will work on most computers in the house but none of the phones (Apple and Android). When the network is selected the phone never quite joins, just “spins”. However, a guest network coming from the same router will connect to phones. We’ve unplugged, restarted, reset to factory settings and set it up again from scratch. I appreciate any advice.

What Firmware version is currently loaded on the RBR and RBS? What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update? Be sure to restart your network in this sequence: Turn off and unplug modem. Turn off router and computers. Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect. Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect. Turn on computers and rest of network.
