Orbi RBRE960 10GB internet port speed issues!

Is this on the RBRs speed test page or your ethernet connected PC?

And directly connected to the ONT with the RBR in router mode?
Yes direct ONT to ORBI.
Try a factory reset on the RBR and while it's rebooting during that, power OFF the ONT for 30 seconds then back ON. Walk thru the setup wizard on the RBR, complete it and don't enable any Armor or SPC or Traffic Meter. Go directly in and test the speed on the RBRs speed test app.
