One of my Orbi 750 satellites got disconnected and is unable to reconnect to the network. The light continually flashes and the satellite is not updated with the latest firmware. When I attempt to manually update in the admin portal, the specific satellite is not found. I've attempted multiple hard resets, including the 30-30-30 but the light continually blinks and the satellite was not able to be re-added to the network.
Any ideas how I can update the firmware, with hopes that resolves the issue and the satellite an re-sync with the network?
Does ethernet connecting the RBS to the back of the RBR get an IP address for the RBS?
Try this as well: If the RBS doesn't sync or is factory reset and left alone for 5 minutes, a wired PC and web browser connected to the back of the RBS and for Orbi AX systems, should be able access the RBS self service web page at 192.168.10.250 and send the updated FW file there to get it updated.
Or downgrade the RBR back to what was loaded long though to see if the RBS connects, long enough to get it updated, then update the RBR again.
