What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

Now, however, via the app and web, no devices will show as connected to the satellite. I know devices are connected, and the satellite status is just fine. However, i can't see the devices at all. Therefore I can't disconnect devices, like for kids at night.
Firmware is up to date with v3.2.18.2 on the router and v3.2.18.1 on the satellite.
I have restarted both router and satellite to no avail.

The home is 3500 sq feet. It's a single story rectangle. The main router is in one corner where the cable comes in. I placed the satellite around 50 ft away on the opposite wall, but toward the middle of the home. All status shows green on everything i check. For whatever reason, no devices show up on the satellite. As I type this, i have two devices that are connected and streaming and they do not show up as a device on the main router. They just don't show up at all on the Orbi app or the web gui. My assumption is that they are connected to the satellite, just not reporting.

Do they show up on the RBS web page if you log in to it?
What web browser are you using?
What devices are you using that are not appearing to be displayed?

You just asked a great question as I didn't know I could access the Satellite directly via the web. So, I've done that and I do see devices connected that do not show up on the main router web page or on the Orbi ap - at all. I did access both the main router and RBS web pages via Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge on a Windows 10 Pro laptop. Results were identical. The devices that are connected to the RBS are iphones, ipod touch, and a kindle fire.
So, it seems as though this confirms my original statement that devices are connecting to the satellite, they just don't show up at all via the Orbi app or main web gui, so I can't disconnect them manually, which I'd really like to do. In both places, it states the health of the satellite is great, but there are no devices listed as connected.
