Packet Loss
Recently the orbi has been really bad and slow even when connected via ethernet. The packet loss is extreme and the ping spikes are great as well. It works fine and then packet loss/stability is poor...
What is this person doing when they are home and connected to the system?
What devices are they using?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
They are just doing normal web surfing and other stuff like school. They also video call a lot. A thing I've noticed is that even though their computer is closer to the normal router it connects to the satellite still.
