RB350 Online Update "Service unreachable"

I have an RB350 system with 1 satellite. Previously I upgraded manually by downloading the update from the Netgear website. The RBR350 is V4.4.1.29_3.10.80 and the RBS350 is V4.4.1.29.
I wanted to check if there were any newer firmware and tried to Online update after logging in to the router. It now shows the message "Service unreachable". Is it because I did the previous upgrade manually?

As I couldn't recall if I restarted since the update, turned off the router for a few minutes and restarted it. Now the update works and says no new updates available.

No. Possible the NG service could be down. Do you have the disable Auto Update feature enabled on the RBR?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

Re: RB350 Online Update "Service unreachable"
Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
