RBK 752 Magenta Color and Internet Loss

Hi

Since the last few days the RBK 752 main unit suddenly starts flashing magenta colour and there is loss of internet.

My main internet connecttion is on without any issues 

I have rebooted my main internet modem router few times and also reset the RBK 752 main unit and satellite unit to factory status

still the issue crops up at random intervals.

Please suggest a solution
