I was also looking at the Costco 2 pack and am disappointed they don’t have the rbk853.
What did you mean by slower rbk842? How is the rbk842 different from the rbk852? (I thought it might just be the number reserved for big box stores but didn’t think to see if it was actually inferior)
Any word on individual satellites for sale???

I think the differences being the max connection rates on the 2.4Ghz radios are slower on the 40 series AX.
You can look at the spec sheets between the 50 and 40 series to see what they are. I think the 5Ghz wireless backhaul speeds are the same thought.

Are the individual satellites (the 84x or 85x) up for sale anywhere? Only seeing the three pack kit- FURRYe38Jan 12, 2020Guru - Experienced User

Can the RBK85x satellites be added to the RBK84x router? My concern in buying the costco 2-pack of RBK852 is that I'll only fins RB84x satellites because those are the ubiquitous ones likely for individual sale.
