Hi, I have a Orbi RBK753 mesh wifi system, I recently noticed the DNS setting is greyed out, and I am no longer able to use my NAS as my DNS server. I have tried to reboot the router and disable the parent control, but neither helps. The firmware version is V4.6.5.14_2.0.54. Is there anything I can do?
Be sure Armor or Smart Parental Controls are not enabled.

Current setup: CM2000-> RBKE963B-> Trendnet TEG-S380-> GS716T-> pi-hole also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80 1.4gig download/50mbps upload from Xfinity We’re members of the public helping out on our own time.
It is not in AP mode. Armor and parental control are disabled. Screen shot is attached. You can see the DNS setup is grey-out, the router MAC address is also not able to be changed
