I am interested from a long time by the ORBI system RBK853 Wifi 6 pack to put in my house. interesting thing is that it is fully compatible with Orange in France, and allow to get rid of the Orange router.
in a previous discussion, I noted that in february, the RBK853 was not provided with a parental control system in order to limit acces to certain times or websites, based on mac address control. to get a parental control you had to pay a monthly fee to get a special software.
someone from netgear told me a basic parental control would be implemented in a future FW release expected for June 21.
can someone confirm to me if this new functionnality has been implemented now? if I buy a pack of RBK853 can i get a free simple parental control included in the parameters of the router?
