After two phone calls with the ring support they Said i should send my cam back and should Order a new one.
But there i have the same Problems 😞
Also tried to Connect it with the phone hotspot, there the connectionand setup did work.
Yeah i can turn it on and off, ist with accu and solar panel.

no one has a idea anymore?
So ill have to send the Camera back this week.
