Hi All,
I'm very new to the Orbi system but i've got a curious problem on my laptop. All of my devices(a mixture of WIFI and Wired) are all working but my laptop will not show the WIFI network the Orbi is transmitting(it's not in the list)
Orbi AX1800
Firmware(on RBR350) - V4.3.4.7_1.9.53_
Sattelites - V4.3.4.7
Laptop
MSI 72MVR 7RFX Leopard Pro
Windows 10
I'm just in the process of making sure all of my drivers are up to date on the laptop. I have updated the WIFI and Network LAN drivers to the latest but this has made no difference to the SSID appearing. I'm just wondering if anyone has come across this issue?
Apart from this bug i'm loving the new Orbi system. Many thanks in advance.
Regards
Richard

Re: RBR350 - Missing SSID on one device
CHeck to be sure that the wifi adapter drivers on you PC is updated first. Most cases this is the cause of out dated drivers...

Re: RBR350 - Missing SSID on one device
I have updated the WiFi to the latest drivers but no difference. I'll go through the rest of the drivers to see if it makes any difference.
Is this a common problem.

Re: RBR350 - Missing SSID on one device
Thanks for the assistance. I did donwload the latest network drivers from the MSI website(and installed) but it didn't make a difference. However i right clicked the network adaptor within device manager and it updated and worked. All sorted now.
Just need to learn how to use this new system. I'm very impressed so far.
Regards
Richard
