Hello rk_gearorbi ,
Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!
I understand that your satellite does not connect to your Orbi router. This issue can be caused by having a different firmware installed on your router. The current firmware for your RBS350 is version 7.2.6.31.
Please update your satellite to this firmware to resolve this issue!

Bring the RBS to same room as the RBR while you walk thru this.

I cannot see the RBS connected to the network at all as it is not getting a backhaul connection from the RBS even though it is sitting right next to the RBR.
