I updated both the router and satellites to the new firmware from the PC. Now I can't connect to the guest network from the satellite. Have to stand next to the router downstairs.
I changed the guest network to no password from the PC and still can't connect to the satellite. Still asks for a password.
Do I really have to reset the router to factory default again? Doesn't make sense.

First try a power OFF of the RBR and all RBSs. Turn on the RBR first, then a RBS 1 at a time.

Ok here's what's happened.
I went into the Netgear switch and made sure no green ethernet or IGMP is enabled. Updated it's firmware and rebooted.
I reset the satellite upstairs with paper clip. Nothing new happened.
Reboot router. Nothing new.
Then......I disconnected the wired connection from the switch to the satellite and now Guest network with password is functioning.
Reconnected and reset. No guest network when wired.
Disconnected and guest network working with Wifi.
So I wanted wired connections through the house. Got the Netgear switch to connect them all and somehow it interferes with the guest network on the satellites. Makes no sense. Why? Is there something else I can do to make this work?
Thanks again for all the help

Try one of the following different model switches:
NG GS-105/108v4, D-Link DGS-105/108 and HP ProCurve 1400/1800 series switches work for Orbi systems.
