RBR750 Orbi without wifi, magenta light

I've had my mesh system for about 2 years now with no issue. My setup has been:
- Spectrum ISP
- 1 Arris Surfboard Modem (basement, not from the ISP)
- 1 Orbi RBR750 Router (basement)
- 2 Satellites (one on first floor one on second)
Randomly, today I lost all wifi throughout the house. The only 2 devices on my network I am able to connect to the internet with are my Desktop PC (which is wired via ethernet to the second floor satellite), and a RPi 4B (which is wired via ethernet to the router). All other devices are unable to access the internet while connected to wifi. The Orbi router is showing a solid magenta light. All satellites are showing no lights. The Orbi app is showing a green check next to both satellites, but a red X next to the router and internet symbols. The status for internet on the orbilogin.com home page says "not connected".
Things I've done:
- Called my ISP and confirmed there was no outage. They sent a reboot command to my modem.
- Connected a laptop to the modem and confirmed that there was internet coming through.
- Used the Orbi app to reboot the mesh system.
- Checked firmware versions and confirmed it was on the latest version.
- Unplugged the modem, router, and both satellites. Then plugged the modem in, let it boot, then the router, let it boot (booted to a magenta light), then plugged in both satellites.
I am unsure what else to do. It's very strange I still have internet access with a magenta light but no wifi. I have not yet factory reset the router and satellites and would love to avoid that if possible, but it seems like that's the only option left.
Any other suggestions?

RESOLVED:
I ended up just factory resetting the whole mesh system and that seemed to fix the issue, very inconvenient solution but at least it worked.

Re: RBR750 Orbi without wifi, magenta light
Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
