RBR750 RBS750 Satellites will not sync

2 RBS750 satellites both went offline and then would not sync back to the RBR750 router. After performing all the troubleshooting steps (factory resets, connnecting to satellites via ether, syncs, etc) and spending 3+ total hours with support they could not figure it out and they granted an RMA for the satellites. I did not want to give up so I did more digging and found that there is a newer firmware for the router than what the web GUI says is the "latest". I found this firmware available for download, which at this time is not the latest according to the RBR750 Web gui when you "check" for new firmware:
RBR750-V4.6.8.5_2.1.9.chk
I then manually uploaded this to my RBR750 router via the web gui and 1 of my RBS750 satellites connected within minutes. My 2nd satellite was not powered up so I then powered it on and did a sync by pushing sync on RBS750 satellite and then using the RBR750 router web gui sync button.
And there you have it. Check for latest firmware that may not be available for download/auto update on your RBR7540 router.
Hope this helps
Firmware Version
V4.6.8.5_2.1.9.

Sounds like the RBS updated FW and the RBR didn't. Should not be happening like this but glad you got it working.
Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
