RBR750 Satellite connected to router but won't connect to devices

Hi all,   I have the RBR750 which is on firmware v4.6.8.2 and also have a satellite.  I've been having spotty connection in parts of my house so was hunting around to figure out why.  It looks like...

All firmware matches on all 3 units. I have moved the affected satellite and the problem follows it. Connects to router but no devices connect to the satellite. The other satellite appears to work perfectly.

Sounds like this on RBS is faulty then and may need to be replace or not used.
