We are looking into these reports! In order to help our Engineering team try to replicate this issue in-house please send ChristineT, Blanca_O or Christian_R a private message with the following information:
- Contact info (Name, Phone #, Email address)
- Serial number
- Internet Service Provider (ISP)
- Front end modem
- WAN configuration (DHCP/Static/PPTP any VLAN on internet side)
We look forward to your feedback so we can get this issue quickly resolved.

Coming in to say I am still stuck with a system that is not working. While the case has been escalated I have to say I am very frustrated with the response. I've been asked to pull debug logs and send them (only to find you can't attach them to messages to the support person or email them directly because netgear's firewall strips out the attachments so I had to upload the debug logs to Dropbox). I mean, come on, I have to use how many 3rd party systems to get you the information about your system?! Also I was told nothing was found in my debug logs that was of concern and to run them again when the system wasn't working. Well, newsflash -- IT PRETTY MUCH NEVER WORKS. As I type this right now my app says the system is connected but the router has the magenta light and no devices in the home can connect. Why is it "online" in the app? See photos. Our ISP is working just fine. I would really appreciate it if someone would CALL ME to walk through this live-- I can't believe it has been a week and that has not been offered.

I have the fun opposite that my router has no color band, but this is my app. Satellites work (hardwired) and can get Wi-Fi from them - though one constantly loses connection and reconnects in a never ending blue/white lights cycle (fun to have in my bedroom).
I’ve about had enough of Orbis. Updated to newer models to get better coverage and has been nothing but problems. Cannot keep spending time every week to run reboots and problem shooting. Even the horrible Verizon router can’t be this bad. - FURRYe38Nov 29, 2021Guru - Experienced User
