Disable AX mode on the RBR. Other posters mentioned this helped them in for the time being.

NG is aware of the problems on this version of FW.

I have the same issues with my RBR752, that I think I've narrowed down to the FW also. It was stable for a long time, and then it just started having issues. Reading your post makes me feel better, I was starting to think I was going crazy.

It's been stable for months, but now I have the issue where my Satellite constantly disconnects.   Trying to figure out the issue, I actually factory reset the router. And when doing so it actually broke the wifi. The router believed it was sending out an SSID, but in reality there was no signal.  I ended up RMAing it. I got the new one, but the satellite is still borked.

We don't get any update information from NG. NG seems to know whats going on and working  on it.

For now, NG told one user to diable AX mode on the RBR and that there maybe problems at the RBS. Disabling of AX mode on the RBR seems to have helped some users.

Can't see the inline picture. Please use the Choose File button to attach the capture file to a post.

AX mode is seen on the Basic Tab/Wireless settings. Two check boxes marked 2.4 and 5Ghz AX mode. Un check these and apply disables AX mode.

Thank you. Sorry I had attached a screenshot. I disabled the setting. Can’t tell if it has help or not. Time will tell.

Did disabling of AX mode help though?

Try these:

Same here. Nothing but issues since the update. Will work for maybe an hour after rebooting, and back to it. I have the fun opposite that my router has no color band, but this is my app. Satellites work (hardwired) and can get Wi-Fi from them - though one constantly loses connection and reconnects in a never ending blue/white lights cycle (fun to have in my bedroom).

I’ve about had enough of Orbis. Updated to newer models to get better coverage and has been nothing but problems. Cannot keep spending time every week to run reboots and problem shooting. Even the horrible Verizon router can’t be this bad.

Re: RBR750 major issues after FW 4.6.3.7

If you using v7 of the FW, this version has been superseded by v4.6.5.14:

https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-WiFi-6-AX-and-WiFi-6E-AXE/New-RBR750-RBS750-Firmware-Version-4...

If your having issues, please post there or make a new post and we'll try to help you out.

Thank you.
