RBR850 + 2xRBS850 Satellite Firmware Update Issue

Hi there!
I had some issues with connectivity so I took the plunge and reset my RBR850, then updated the firmware finally to 7.2.7.15_5.1.16. The 2x RBS850s connected without issue but I cannot get them to see a firmware update through the RBR web portal automatically. I opted to try manual but when I go to the web portals for each of my Satellites, they will not accept any known credentials. I tried admin + password, the admin + admin password for the router, and admin + the wifi password for the router, and nothing worked. They are stuck on version 4.6.9.11.
On the satellites I tried power cycling them, factory resetting them, syncing through ethernet and wireless, even generating a new backhaul password. They connect fine to the router but I cannot get in them through any known means to update the firmware.

You need to update any and ALL RBS FIRST before the RBR is.
Downgrade the RBR back to v4 FW, then manually update the RBS first.
Follow this PDF Process:
After you have the RBS updated then update the RBR lastly, factory reset the system and setup from scratch using this PDF process:
I just did this with my 854 series system and is working great.
