RBR850 Satellite Flashing lights

Have satellite on 2nd floor that is flashing from white to blue, then solid blue to off. Completely random and not all the time. Stills shows connection in Orbi app when doing this. Tried to reboot the Orbi system but did not fix issue. Any idea what’s up?

flashing white usually implies its updating firmware/applying a configuration. the blue solid means a good connection to router.
