RBR850 does this Orbi have IPOE protocol?

If this is what you mean by IPOE: https://vasexperts.com/resources/glossary/ipoe/ , then I believe this is what the Orbi reference manual describes on page 23 of the user manual:

The alternative (on page 24) is when the ISP requires a user name and password to connect.

If I read it correctly, IPOE works using DHCP, so there is nothing to "set up."
