There was a power reduction on the 6Ghz frequency that is even less than 5Ghz from what I saw and heard.
Exactly correct.... and not all that easy to find. Maximum transmit power for (non point to point links) is:
- 2.4G band: 36dB
- 5G band: 36dB
- 6G band: 30dB for access points and 24dB for user devices.
Not only does 6G suffer more from penetrating building materials, it has less maximum power as well.
Thanks for remembering that nugget of information.

Thats the nature of the beast as well 5 and 6Ghz will be impacted by building materials. The high the frequency the worst it can be effected by building materials. :smileywink:
