My satellite is about 20 feet from the main Orbi. I use my phone and the ORBI app is showing 500 MB download. I am near my satellite, and my computer is only showing 40. I have updated the firmware and restarted my laptop.
What Firmware version is currently loaded? What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. How many RBS are deployed? What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
Be sure that when your testing with your phone, that you disable the wifi radio on the phone for 5 seconds after you walk near or close to the RBS, then re-enabled the phones wifi to ensure it connects to the RBS. Some devices, though maybe close to the RBS, still prefer to connect to the RBR that's farther away.
