RBR850 - unable to upgrade firmware - Update error

Hello, trying to update my RBR850 router from 4.6.14.3 to 7.2.6.31

getting an update error, have rebooted, waited 10 mins, rebooted again - no luck - see photos below

Avoid updating thru the Orbi app. Update the RBR using a wire connected PC and web browser.
