After I go to login to my RBR850 router, I get a message on Edge browser stating the router is being managed locally from 192.168.1.39. And I get the question - Do I want to take control from that address or not?
BUT I cannot see this address on IP Scanner, Angry IP, nor Lizard Systems' Network Scanner.
Any ideas???

Re: RBR850
If you log into the router do you see anything at this address?
Do you have a screensnip of the message?

Re: RBR850
Cant see anything at this address in the Devices on the Netgear router admin page nor the network scanners.
Sorry, no screen shot, was just a one liner question in Edge browser. Nothing else on the page.

Re: RBR850
Makes me wonder if something was mistyped and was a phishing link or something.
You don't get it anymore?

Re: RBR850
As I think about it, very well could have been a phishing link - said something like click to take control.... yeah right!

Re: RBR850
Hope you didn't click on it!
I'd probably run a quick scan on the computer just in case

Re: RBR850
I would clear out all browser caches and saved PW profiles for the RBR as well.
