RBS350 Satellite online, but showing offline in app and browser,

My current setup is 1 x RBR750 and 2 x RBS350 satellites. I just completed a move where this setup worked flawlessly in previous house. However, I cannot get one of the satellites to sync after setting up in new house.  The satellite will flash white, then go blue and connect, but will always show offline in both the Orbi app and through orbilogin.net. I am unable to access the satellite settings via IP address to update firmware. 

I have tried removing this satellite and re-adding, only for it to re-join and show offline again. I've tried moving it closer to the router, multiple reboots, full system reboots,and can't get it to show up as online. Is this just a bug in the app or a larger issue?
