RBS50 wired to RBR850 is connected but no devices registered via wifi?

I just purchased the RBK850 (router and satellite) to replace my current RBR50 with 2 RBS50s
RBR850=Firmware Version: V3.2.17.12_1.4.14
RBS850=Firmware Version: V3.2.17.12_1.4.14

I have an existing RBS50 Firmware Version: V2.7.2.102 wired 1gig /cat5E to my New RBR850 along with my RBS850 that is wired 1gig /cat5E.

I notice that no wireless devices are currently register to the RBS50 for some reason?

I read I can use the older satellite on the RBR850 so not sure what the issue might be. I do have a laptop cat5 wired to the switch of the RBS50 so I know the RBS50 is working, at least wired
Any thoughts?

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and Orbi system been performed since last update?

Does the RBS-50 show up in the Attached Devices list as a Satellite?  If so, what does it show as backhaul status?

Yes it does
It shows WIRED and GOOD
no devices are connected via Wi-Fi
2.4 and 5ghz is enabled

Do devices supposedly connnected to the RBS50 get internet services thru the RBS? 

Possible that there is a compatibility and sync issue with RBS50s ethernet connected to Orbi systems. Overall, Orbi AC RBS are not supported on Orbi AX.

A laptop with cat6 is connected to the RBS50 that is connected to my core 1gb switch
So the data switch portion of the RBS50 is working
No devices are connected wireless to the RBS50

Will disable my RBS850 satellite to see if the wireless devices that used to connect to the RBS50 will do so again

What Firmware version is currently loaded?

So your wired RBS50 connected to the RBR850 doesn't accept any wireless connections with devices or devices will not connect to the RBS50?

The 850 is connected to a 1gb netgear switch to which the RBS50 is wired to. The 50 shows as a satellite but shows no wireless device connected to. 

how do I check the firmware version? It does not show in the app when I select details?

What is the model # of the switch? 

Turn down the RBRs power out up to see if anything will connect to the RBS50. 

Log into the RBS web page to check it's status and FW version. Look at the RBRs web page under connected devices to see if the RBS shows an IP address. Use this IP address to log into the RBS web page.

I can connect my laptop via ethernet cable to the RBS50 and browse the internet. Using the orbi app I cannot see the laptop wired connection. If I connect to the RBS50 via the IP I can see the wired connection. Using the orbilogin.net I can see the laptop but it shows connected to the RBR850. I turned off the wifi on my laptop to make sure it did not connect via the wifi.
