Well crap. I have not helped at all. Guess you have two options:
- Pick at this scab until you get an answer. (search the forum for one term after another until a post comes up about 850 and ethernet devices not appearing, post more questions, Pay Gear Head to talk to you, etc.) or
- Now that the PC's are in the LAN Reservation table, move on to Port Forwarding.
My practice is to:- Confirm that the service responds to connections from the LAN first.
- Confirm that the Windows Firewall will accept connections for that service from foreign networks
- Check with Gibson Shields Up! that the ports appear to be open.
- Debug with the actual Public IP address before setting up Dynamic DNS.
Good Luck

Thanks, you did help a lot already. It's not blocking me from doing what I want to do but I do want to see the full list of what devices receive an IP from my router (i.e. right now there are gaps and luckily I know where those gaps belongs to, in case of suspicious activities).

Does "just upgraded" mean that some of your 90 days of "complimentary support" remain?

There's is a 90 day of complimentary support? I just bought and install it today. Could you share more info on that? (i.e. any link that I can follow to ask in a different channel?)

Oh yes. Scoll down toward the bottom of this page to see the various support options:
https://www.netgear.com/support/
The first step is to register the product by logging into this page:
and select "Register a new product."
After doing so, go to the "Contact" page:
https://my.netgear.com/support/contact.aspx
Select Get Support and then Open a Support Case. I believe you have choices of phone, chat, and email.
Caveat: I cannot vouch for how good support is because my Orbi was almost two years old before I wanted to ask a question.
