RBSE960 Satellites Listed As Connected Devices? Not Satellites.
After loss of power to the home, (2) satellites were disconnected, router was still broadcasting internet.
After troubleshooting with power down and reset, white blinking LED resulting in +/- 90 sec blue LED and then off which I believe means 'connected', the RBSE960 satellites are now listed as connected devices instead of satellites. No devices can connect to the satellites.
All devices have the same firmware, V7.2.6.31. Satellites are wired backhaul.
What happened? How do I fix this?

Re: RBSE960 Satellites Listed As Connected Devices? Not Satellites.
So RBS are ethernet connected to the RBR?
Are they connected directly to the back of the RBR or is there a LAN switch in between then?
Which ports are being used on the back of the RBS and RBR to ethernet connect them? 2.5Gb or 1Gb ports?
What CAT# LAN cable are you using?
If you disconnect the RBS from the ethernet cable, will they auto sync wirelessly to the RBR?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

Re: RBSE960 Satellites Listed As Connected Devices? Not Satellites.
RBS is directly connected to RBR. No LAN switch.
RBS1 is connected with CAT5e using 2.5GB (through older parts of the home). 55 feet from router.
RBS2 is connected with CAT6 using 2.5GB. 80 feet away from router in a separate building.
They will not auto sync wirelessly to the RBR and no longer show on the list of devices.
Yes, power off has been performed since last update and after power outage.
I have reset the satellites and this is when the satellites appeared on the devices list instead of satellite list.
I will try resetting the router next.
Home is 2600 SF.

Re: RBSE960 Satellites Listed As Connected Devices? Not Satellites.
Ok for that size of home, the RBR and just one RBS would or should be all thats needed.
If you factory reset, please follow this process:
Also lets try connecting the RBS using there 1Gb LAN ports to the back of the RBR using 1Gb LAN ports then go from there. First during the FR, let the RBS wirelessly sync to the RBR, once they are wirelessly synced, check the RBRs web page here first to see if they are shown as Connected Satellites. They should be here.
