Re: RBSE960B)
May not be recommended as heat can damage internal electronics over time.

Placing a satellite in the garage and can withstand the heat if garage gets hot
How hot is "hot"? Page 157 of the User Manual lists the environmental conditions:
I have an RBS40V that it mounted 8ft. up in my garage and has lived through two summers that reached over 105 degrees. It also depends on why there is a satellite in the garage. i.e. is this to service only non-mobile devices?
If the heat does kill it, you'll be out the cost of (a) whatever the RBSE960 is selling for next summer ($600 on Amazon today), (b) some device that fulfills the basic need at a lower cost, or (c) maybe you'll feel the itch to upgrade to the "latest and greatest".
