I just spent an hour on the phone with what I believe was a scam. For my RBR750 Orbi Mesh system I can't access Orbilogin or 192.168.1.1 and while on the Netgear site, what I thought was agent offered to get me technical support. I agreed and he called, accessed my computer through On-Demand-Assist 2.2.0 and the bottom line is he wanted $599.99 for a Netgear router security program to eliminate a conflicted IP address. Has anyone else experienced this?

Definitely not Netgear. After a product's 90 days of 'complimentary support' (ha) have expired, Netgear offers a variety of paid services through a subsidiary called Gear Head (get the pun?)
