How do I Temporarily disable 5 Ghz on my Orbi Mesh AX4200-RBK752 for Ambien Weather Station WS2902A

Unfortunately, there is no option to do this.  The only thing that you can do is reduce the power level of the radios.

You can actually just disable the wireless ssid broadcast for the 5ghz. It doesn't shut down the 5ghz but makes it more like a phone and the weather station will connect to the 2.4ghz. 

Advanced---->Advanced setup------>uncheck the enable ssid braodcast for the 5ghz. 

You also need to make sure the phone that you use for setup is on the 2.4ghz during the setup process. You might have to disconnect reconnect to get it to associate with the 2.4ghz.

fyi, this feature isn't available on Orbi AX....We have asked for it.

didn't know they took that out of the orbi AX devices. Still haven't gotten to play with one yet 🙂
