I tried to connect my RBS750 satellite to my RBS750 router. Although the satellite’s ring light shows blue, the admin portal doesn't show the satellite. I did a factory reset on the satellite and synced them again, but it still doesn’t work.
Sometimes there is a delay between the time devices (or satellites) connect with the router and when they show up in the Attached Devices display.
After the satellite LED turns BLUE, is there a device that can be connected directly to the satellite to confirm that it does not provide internet service?
The satellite's ring LED does turn blue. However, the laptop that is connected to it can't access to the Internet. I went to the admin portal and confirmed that neither the satellite nor the laptop shows up in Attached Devices. Any idea?
What Firmware version is currently loaded on the RBR and RBS? What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft? Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF? Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices? What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
